Dr. Leo Troy, newest member of the Public Service Research Foundation's Board of Fellows, writes of "The Impact of Public Employee Unionism on the Philosophy and Policies of Organized Labor." He concludes that "the impact of public sector unionism had been to accelerate the shift of organized labor from a philosophy of 'more' to 'more government'" and to seek to change the nature of government intervention in the American economy and society.
